Please read these terms carefully before using this website. By accessing or using rhedge.co.uk, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

rhedge.co.uk ("the Site") is operated by Sulit Ventures Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

  • Company registration number: 17245341

  • Registered office: 203 West Street, Fareham, Hampshire, PO16 0EN, England

  • Contact email: info@rhedge.co.uk

The Site includes content published under the names "Rhedge Ballesteros", "Sulit", "Sulit Dojo" and "Rhedge's Corner".

2. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies. We will update the "Last updated" date whenever we make a change. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

3. Changes to the Site

We may update, suspend, restrict or withdraw all or any part of the Site at any time, without notice. We do not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. We are not liable to you if the Site is unavailable for any period.

4. Your use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not:

  • use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;

  • use the Site to send, knowingly receive, upload or transmit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringes anyone's rights;

  • introduce viruses, trojans, worms or other malicious code;

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which it is stored, or any connected server, computer or database;

  • attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack;

  • use any automated system (including scrapers, bots or crawlers) to access, copy or harvest content from the Site without our prior written permission;

  • use content from the Site to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models without our prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if you breach these terms.

5. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, brand names, frameworks, illustrations, photographs, video, audio, downloadable files and software — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.

You may:

  • view, download and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use;

  • share links to the Site freely.

You may not:

  • reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, licence or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission;

  • remove or alter any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notices;

  • present our content as your own.

If you would like to quote, reference or reuse our content, please contact us at info@rhedge.co.uk. We are usually happy to say yes with appropriate credit.

6. Content you submit

If you post comments, submit a form, send us feedback, or otherwise contribute content to the Site, you confirm that the content is your own, is accurate, and does not breach anyone else's rights or any applicable law.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with the Site and our related channels. We may remove or edit any submitted content at our discretion, without notice.

7. No financial advice

This is important, so please read it carefully.

The Site contains general educational information and personal commentary about money, budgeting, saving, debt, tax, pensions and investing in the UK. It is provided for general information and education only.

  • Nothing on the Site is financial advice, investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an invitation or inducement to engage in any investment activity.

  • We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and we do not provide regulated financial advice.

  • Nothing on the Site takes account of your personal circumstances, financial situation, objectives or needs.

  • The value of investments can fall as well as rise. Past performance is not a guide to future performance. You may get back less than you invest.

  • Tax treatment depends on your individual circumstances and may change in the future.

Before making any financial decision, you should seek advice from a suitably qualified and FCA-authorised professional. You can check the Financial Services Register at register.fca.org.uk, and find free, impartial guidance at MoneyHelper (moneyhelper.org.uk).

Any action you take based on information from the Site is taken entirely at your own risk.

8. No medical or clinical advice

The Site may contain content about healthcare work, clinical practice and career experiences in healthcare settings. This content is personal commentary and general information only. It is not medical advice, and it must not be relied on for diagnosis, treatment, or any clinical decision.

If you have a health concern, contact a qualified healthcare professional, your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services as appropriate.

9. Personal views

Views and opinions expressed on the Site are personal and are made in a personal and business capacity only. They do not represent the views of any employer, NHS Trust, professional body, regulator, client or partner organisation, and should not be taken as an official statement by any of them.

10. Affiliate links, sponsorship and advertising

Some content on the Site — particularly product reviews and recommendations — may contain affiliate links. If you click one and go on to buy something, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

We may also publish sponsored content, paid partnerships, gifted product reviews, or advertising. Where this is the case, we will disclose it clearly in line with UK advertising rules.

Commercial relationships do not change our opinions. However, you should treat all reviews and recommendations as personal opinion and do your own research before buying anything.

11. Third-party links and content

The Site may link to third-party websites, tools, products, apps and resources. These links are provided for information only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them, for any loss or damage arising from your use of them, or for their privacy and data practices. A link is not an endorsement.

12. Purchases, digital downloads and memberships

12.1 What we sell

Through the Site we may sell or provide access to digital downloads (such as guides, templates, spreadsheets, worksheets and courses) and membership or subscription access to a members' area. Additional product-specific terms may apply at the point of purchase; those terms will be made available to you before you buy and will form part of the agreement between us.

12.2 Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the point of purchase through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order you have already placed. If we change the price of a subscription, we will give you reasonable notice before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before the new price applies.

12.3 Digital downloads — immediate access and no refunds

Digital downloads are supplied immediately on payment.

At checkout you will be asked to confirm two things:

  1. that you want us to supply the download straight away, before the end of the normal 14-day cancellation period; and

  2. that you understand you will lose your right to cancel once the download begins.

Once you have given that confirmation and the download has started, the sale is final and we do not offer refunds. This is because of the nature of digital content: it cannot be returned, and it can be copied and retained after purchase.

If you would prefer to keep your 14-day cancellation right, do not tick the confirmation box. In that case we will not release the download until the 14-day period has passed, or until you confirm you want it sooner.

12.4 Memberships and subscriptions

Memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example monthly or annually) until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise us to take that recurring payment automatically until cancellation.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by emailing info@rhedge.co.uk. Cancellation stops the next payment. It is not a request for a refund of payments already taken.

What happens when you cancel. You keep access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for. Access then ends. We do not provide refunds or pro-rata credit for the unused part of a billing period, and we do not refund past billing periods you did not use.

Please cancel before your renewal date. If a payment has already been taken, that period will run its course.

Content changes. Members' area content is added to and updated over time. We may change, add or remove individual pieces of content. If we permanently close the members' area altogether, we will refund the unused portion of any period you have paid for in advance.

12.5 Your rights that we cannot exclude

Nothing in this section affects your legal rights as a consumer. In particular, and regardless of anything else in these terms:

  • Digital content we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it is not, you are entitled to a repair or replacement and, where that is not possible or does not fix the problem, to a price reduction, which may be up to the full amount you paid.

  • If we supply defective digital content that damages your device or other digital content, and we have not used reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repair or compensation.

  • If we do not provide the product or access you paid for at all, you are entitled to a refund.

  • If you did not give the confirmation described in clause 12.3, your 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase still applies.

If you believe something you have bought falls into one of these categories, email info@rhedge.co.uk with your order details and we will look into it.

12.6 Discretionary refunds

Outside the situations above we are not obliged to refund, but we would rather resolve a genuine problem than leave you unhappy. If you bought the wrong item, were charged twice, or something has plainly gone wrong, contact us within 14 days at info@rhedge.co.uk and we will consider it. Any refund given in these circumstances is at our discretion and does not set a precedent.

12.7 Account use and chargebacks

Purchases and memberships are for your personal use only. You must not share your login, resell your access, or distribute downloaded material to others. If you do, we may suspend or terminate your access without refund.

If you raise a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your access while the matter is resolved.

13. Free tools and calculators

Any calculators, visualisers, quizzes, diagnostic tools or downloadable templates offered on the Site are simplified models provided for illustration and education only.

They rely on assumptions and on the information you enter, and they may not reflect your actual circumstances or current rates, thresholds, allowances or rules. Outputs are estimates, not statements of fact, and are not a recommendation. Always check figures against official sources such as GOV.UK, HMRC, or your pension or payroll provider.

14. Accuracy of content

We take reasonable care to ensure the content on the Site is accurate at the time of publication. However:

  • rules, rates, thresholds, product features and prices change frequently;

  • older content may become out of date and is not routinely updated;

  • we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, express or implied, that the content is accurate, complete, current or fit for any particular purpose.

15. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations and other terms that may apply to the Site or any content on it;

  • we will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or your reliance on any content on it;

  • in particular, we will not be liable for loss of profits, loss of income, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss.

If you are a consumer, this clause does not affect your statutory rights.

16. Indemnity

If you use the Site in breach of these terms, you agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from that breach.

17. Viruses and security

We do not guarantee that the Site is secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your own technology and using your own virus protection software.

18. Privacy and cookies

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explain how we collect, use and protect your personal data.

19. General

  • Severability. If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

  • Waiver. If we delay enforcing any part of these terms, that does not mean we have waived our right to do so later.

  • Entire agreement. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms, form the entire agreement between us regarding your use of the Site.

  • Third parties. No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.

20. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and both you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK in which you live.
